Day 1
- Arrival to Ben-Gurion airport, meet & assist at the passport control
- Transfer to the hotel Tel-Aviv
- A short walking tour in the old city of Jaffa
- Dinner at a very special wine bar in Jaffa
- Back to the hotel
Overnight: Tel-Aviv
Day 2
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Drive North to the wine road in the Carmel area
- Visit 2 wineries at the Carmel area
- Lunch at one of the wineries we will visit
- Walk around the interesting streets of Zichron Yaacov, one of the settlement of the first immigration to Israel
- Drive to Daliat-El-Carmel – Druze village
- Walk around the village to learn about the Druze culture
- Authentic Druze Dinner with a short folklore music segment
- Proceed to Haifa for check in at the hotel
Overnight: Haifa
Day 3
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Overview on Haifa from the Louie pedestrian
- Visit to the beautiful Bahai Gardens
- Proceed to Wadi Nisnas for the co-existence walk – arts work from Arab and Israeli artists around the Wadi
- Lunch at the local falafel canteen – highly recommended!
- Drive to Pkeiin in the Western Galilee
- Walk around the interesting village of Pkeiin, where Christian Arabs, Druze and one ancient Jewish family have lived we will visit the special small soap factory that was established by a Druze woman
- We will drive to enjoy a Circassian (one of Israel’s ethnic groups) experience; we will have their special food and hear about their culture. Option to have a special Circassian dance show for the group by a Circassian dance group
- Continue to our hotel for check in

Day 4
- Breakfast at the hotel
- We will open our morning with a nice boat ride on the Sea of Galilee 2
- We drive up north, our first visit will be at the Olive Mill Press to learn about the olive oil production as well as some tasting
- Visit the Golan Brewery, where a new beer is being now manufactured from Golan mineral water with lunch
- Continue for a visit to one of the famous wineries in Israel, the Golan winery for tour & taste
- We will end our day driving for an amazing panoramic view from Mt. Bental, visit the former Syrian fortifications, Birkat Ram and the Druze villages.

Overnight: Tiberius
Day 5
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Drive to Safed
- Walk in the old city of Safed and the artist colony
- We will visit a couple of local dairies for tour and taste their gourmet cheeses and hear their stories.
- Proceed to Rosh Pina – there we will have a sweet experience at a small chocolate factory
- Continue to Nazareth for a tour at the old city and we will stop at a local restaurant to taste a local humus made on the spot
- We will drive to Beit-Shean for a visit to the Archeological site
- Our dinner will be at a special restaurant with Galilean food, using the herbs and spices from the Galilee to prepare their unique food
- Drive to Jerusalem for hotel check in
Overnight: Jerusalem
Day 6
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Drive for a great overview from Mt. Scopus and a brief explanation about Jerusalem
- We tour the old city walking by the important sites for all 3 religions
- Free time for lunch in the old city
- Proceed for an Ethnic groups tour in the neighborhoods around the Mahane Yehuda market
to meet the different ethnic groups and taste some of their ethnic food
- Free evening, dinner on own
Overnight: Jerusalem
Day 7
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Drive south to the Dead Sea area
- Visit Masada, ascend and descend by cable car
- Lunch and swim at one of the Spa hotels in the Dead Sea
- In the afternoon we drive to Yatir winery, the location is part of the desert but due to high
altitude, the cool atmosphere at the Yatir vineyards allow the them to have a great winery in
the desert, at the end of the tour we will have the taste behind the wine with dinner.
Overnight: Jerusalem
Day 8
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Visit to Yad Vashem, National Memorial and Museum of the Holocaust
- We drive to the outskirts of Jerusalem 3
- For lunch we will be hosted at a Yemeni house where we will learn about the culture, listen to some songs and have the authentic food from the Yemeni ethnic group
- Continue with visits to local wineries and goat cheese farm
- Back to the hotel for rest
- We will have our farewell dinner at one of the gourmet restaurants in Jerusalem in a private room
Overnight: Jerusalem
Day 9
- Breakfast at the hotel
- Check out from the hotel and transfer to Ben-Gurion airport for the departure transfer
